These folks did everything in their power to make this process difficult, worrisome & expensive. Every opportunity they had to explain things, they preferred silence. Every time there was a snag, rather than warning me that their might be problems, they preferred to say "Any minute. Everything is great." I don't believe that they are crooks, but I do believe that they are inept and sloppy. Every time there was any sort of problem or issue, the silence from these clowns was deafening. You should seek a mortgage elsewhere.

Dave and Giulio at Franklin First were beyond amazing throughout the purchase of our home. We knew in the beginning that it would be a hard deal to close but they both assured me they would get it done. Regardless of the road blocks we hit a long the way, they never lost focus and got us to closing in a short time! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home!

NEGATIVE STARS Todd Hassie, in the Tampa, FL office, was the ONLY one at Franklin First Financial who deserves a 5 star rating. The others in that location were not as accommodating, did not answer their phones or return calls. The NY main office was even worse! I was very pleased my loan was sold/transferred to Wells Fargo with whom I had dealt in the past.

Franklyn First Financial bank was introduced to me by my broker Jason Bacchio... I was told that my loan will be approved and closed within 3-4 weeks,I did not believe, Because I know how morgage banks are... They take your file,make you send them all your paper work and that’s it... GRAVE...wait till whatever,I was so tired with chase than Astoria bank!!! It was hard to believe but I took a chance with Franklyn First Financials,these ppl really move fast and they gave me best rate5.5... I’m so happy that I closed my loan in exactly 4 weeks,believe me guys if you want less running around and get results,come to Franklyn First Financial you are not wasting time!!
