I recently parted ways with Assured Partners. I would not recommend using them - they don't seem to know what they are doing, they are slow to respond, and were never helpful in rectifying insurance issues.

This is litterally the worst insurance company in the world! Extremely nasty people work there!! Had full coverage on my car and a small chip in my windsheild.. Took 3 full days and having to speak to about 7 different people and spent about 8 total hours on hold trying to put a claim through!! Have been hung up on numerous times by the most unprofessional employees ever! This place is awful and I recommend anyone who already uses thrm to leave, and for Noone to purchase insurance through thrm

Poor sense of professionalism and showed no resolve or responsibility for making sure they deliver on service before closing. They rush out of this building every evening and its just inconvenient for those who are not out of work until after 4 pm

I feel like I should work there. (I’m probably too smart) Cause nobody knows what they’re doing. You deal with 10 people to get 1 simple thing done.
