        poor - fair is understatement...Petro noticed a problem with some vent in Dec 2012 and didn't fill our tank...We ran out of fuel in below freezing weather and now it is 6 hours to have a repairman come to the house to fix the issue. now Petro doesn't even pick up their phones. How is that Petro has a license to do business on Long island...
