I came here once before to get my cat nurtured, I called today to get my other cat spayed and i got an appointment right away and the prices are great as well!! Jodi who I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful making the appointment for me.

I wanted to leave my comment in Spanish but a year ago I operated on my cat and it was an excellent service. Very professional, they give the right time to answer the owners' questions, which is why I have no doubt in taking my other cat to operate in this place also for maintain routine care

Jodi is rude and incompetent at her job and lacks the necessary customer service skills and empathy to be working with animals We took our dog to get his nails clipped like we always do and they accidently cut one too short (it happens).6 hours later he was still bleeding at home. This is where I have my issue. Jodi answers when I call and she tells me I can bring the dog back. I told her I would but it was extremely inconvenient to do so for my wife as she is alone with the dog and our newborn and really shouldn't have to do this twice and that is when she HUNG UP ON ME. I was kind to her, spoke to her with respect and was just explaining our situation/concerns and she hung up. 0 empathy 0 customer service skills. When I called back and said I think we got disconnected, she said no I hung up on you do you want to bring your dog back or not? We were recommended to Dr Berger by personal friends of his and am shocked this rude customer service is acceptable in his practice because he was supposed to be top notch. Unfortunately he and his staff is far from it. That office needs more nice employees like Tina and less rude miserable ones like Jodi. To be clear this review is for the poor customer service n rude receptionist Jodi. Tina is great. But beware of the rude staff. Update. Vet is now closed after my wife went back twice and he is still bleeding we might now have to go to emergency after hours vet to get bleeding under control. All for a routine nail clipping. FINAL UPDATE. We called this week to have our other dogs allergies looked at. My wife was told that dr berger has chose to discontinue seeing our pets due to this fair review. He never reached out to discuss the matter or anything. Totally unprofessional. If he truly cared about the animals as much as he claims, he would let a different vet do all of the routine spays and neuters that any vet could do and he would actually see people's conscious pets, not just unconscious strays. Don't be fooled. He is pumping out spays and neuters for easy cash to build up his house in Eatons Neck and trying to interact with as little amount of his customers and their pets as possible. Not someone you want caring for your loved animals as he does not care about the animals at all. RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE Like I said, I spoke to your secretary with respect and did not curse. You know how I know your lying about the phone call recording? Because nobody is trained at that office. There is no training purposes there. They can't even cut dog nails or talk to human beings without hanging up and being rude. Stop pretending you care about the animals or you wouldn't be spaying stray cats all day pal and you would have picked up the phone on this matter like a real professional. Good luck with your "clinic". FYI. Every should check out moriches hospital for animals. That is the new vet office we tried out. Makes bergers place look like what it is. A cheap clinic to spay stray cats. Don't take your loved animals to him. Take them to a real vet. One that looks you in the eye and actually sees your animals. Very nice vets, reasonable prices, and the staff is extremely friendly.
