Matt is a nice guy but six week kitchen remodel has so far taken approximately six months and still remains uncompleted. Really sick of having to eat at restaurants.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Owner puts personal desires before professional standards or consideration of others. On top of that, did not even have the decency to actually give a quote after months. Consider a different contractor.

We hired Matt for an addition of a great room and kitchen remodel (which ended up being an entire ground floor remodel) and Wow! Matt and his team (big shout out to Tony!) truly took our dream and made it a reality. At first we had met with a few other contractors who came in with sky high quotes that would have given us a simple addition with basic materials. Matt came through with a MUCH better quote including premium finishes and some original ideas on top of what we had in mind that we NEVER thought would be possible on our budget. Through the whole process, Matt, his team and everyone he brought in were extremely professional, courteous, clean and talented. Every time a big part of the project was completed I was blown away with the results. We even threw a curveball when our second child came a week early, but they stepped up and got a ton of work done so we could return to a livable space. At the end of the day we got everything on our wish list and even some things we didn’t even think we could wish for! We could not be happier with the outcome of the project! "We were looking to have new deck put on our house. Matt and his team at MJohnson Contracting were highly recommended by 2 close friends. Matt responded promptly to all my phone calls and explained every thing in great detail. He was very professional and knowledgeable and helped keep us within our budget. He went above and beyond personally inspecting every little detail of the project like it was his own. He cleaned up and was very respectful of my property as well. The quality and level of the work is 5-star all around. And the reason I would call MJohnson Contracting in the future is based on the work ethic and integrity of Matt the owner. Matt and his crew built our house including framing, windows, doors, siding, installing our kitchen and much more. He was super professional and had many ideas that we never thought of. Thank you Matt we love our home and you were a big part of it. I would highly recommend Matt and his company!!
