Well, I had these people come over probably about 3 years ago. I had to ask this one lady who did the tv entertainment center in my family room to do the other parts of the entertainment center because she ONLY did ONE part of it. I ALSO had to tell her to clean behind the tv and she said "oh yea there IS dust behind it". huh? i have to tell YOU where to clean??? Also, i told her i have tuesdays off from work and to LET ME KNOW what tuesday u can come because i may have other appointments on tuesdays. Needless to say she put me down on a certain tuesday....WITHOUT asking me first and i told her i won't be here on that tuesday because i have appointments on that day! I told her that she should have asked me which tues to come back to clean since i've already explained this to her and why but YET she still scheduled me in on a tuesday WITHOUT asking me if that tues will work for me. Anyways, i didn't call them back of course. Found another cleaning company who doesn't schedule me in WITHOUT asking me first.
