William Goggins took a $750 deposit towards a case he said he would represent me on for $2000. I was living In Florida at the time and after giving the deposit I was incarcerated. Covid hit I was released and made multiple attempts to pay the remaining balance to take care of the case to no reply. Upon returning to New York I find Mr Goggins is In Port St Lucie and when finding this out I ask for a refund since he’s partially retired and hasn’t responded to my correspondence. His reply was he met with my father not me over three years ago and was not retained. This is a blatant lie. William Goggins you owe me money and it’s a shame that you think you can take advantage of someone because you think their transgressions previously in life will serve In your favor when they bring the situation to light.
