Express Way Roofing & Chimney Repair Long Island NY

I bought a new house, and the insurance company cancelled the policy after inspection, telling me that the house's roof and gutters needed total replacement, and they did not want to write the policy. This required me to find a roofing company that could handle the job, and do it quickly. The job was complex...there was a barn roof, 3 flat roofs, and a Gambrel shingle roof. In order to replace one of the flat roofs, a second floor porch above the roof had to be removed and replaced. Plus, the old roofing had to be totally stripped, then plywood installed, then the roofing. New gutters, repointing a chimney, and new cedar shingle siding on the second floor all were part of the project. Along the way Expressway found some structural issues with the roof rafters, which they repaired expertly, at a fair price, and keeping the job on track to finish before my insurance policy cancelled. The workers were exceptional....very courteous, proud of their work, and always cleaned up at the end of each work day. The brothers running the company, Tony (Rustem), Emri, and Thome, were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Our project took 2 solid weeks to complete, and they did a great job. Quality of work is excellent, they completed the work in a very timely fashion. While our neighbors are still waiting for their repairs from other companies, They went out of their way to replace our broken windows, siding and roofing after a hailstorm so there was no further damage to our home. They are some of the greatest and most honest people we have ever worked with. We would definitely use them again!

Don't go anywhere else. I called Express way roofing and chimney, One engineer picked up immediately and within a few hours he was on my roof. He gave great explanations of the situation and we agreed to do the work right then and there. Moments later his team was patching up spots I had no idea existed. Very reasonable fee for the quality service. I'm very glad I called Express way roofing and chimney.
