        We used Island Shores Travel for a family trip to Disney and found both Linda and Carinna to be very helpful. Trying to navigate Disney during COVID was extremely challenging!! Two weeks before we were to come, we were told renovations would not be completed with the suite for my daughter's family of 6. They attempted to change her room to another hotel. Linda came to our rescue and made them give them a free upgrade that kept us in the same hotel. Carinna helped us with the difficult dining reservations that greatly enhanced our stay. Together they did a great job in maximizing our Disney experience! We are now in the process of planning a Sandals vacation with them. I highly recommend Island Shores Travel.
