Don’t do business with this company we ran out of fuel on Saturday called for delivery they said they would be here Sunday morning. Sunday morning came and went when I called them they said that their driver just walked out on them and they had no one to deliver but they swore to me that they called us which they never did. And then I was told they would deliver on Monday I never received a delivery my wife and kids were home alone while I was out plowing and had to put more diesel into the tank and purge my boiler with directions from me over the phone not for nothing but this is unacceptable. When I called to talk to them today to see if I was finally getting a delivery the gentleman hung up on me. That is no way to treat a customer especially a first time customer I will go back to my regular company even though they couldn’t get to me on Sunday at least I would’ve gotten my delivery today next stop will be the Better Business Bureau I think it is ridiculous for a company and its owner to act in this manner

Joel delivered oil today (on a federal holiday), less than 24 hours after I called (on a Sunday afternoon)! Patmos Fuel in 3 words...polite, reliable and reasonable(price). I use to use Romeo Fuel, but they have NO customer concern/compassion. I have 2 houses they fill and they lost both accounts yesterday. I ordered a tank fill on Wednesday, February 10 knowing I had about 3 days of oil left. I was emailed the next day the oil would be delivered 4 days later on the 14th. I had to call them back on Friday the 12th asking if they could deliver 20 gallons the next day because I wasn’t going to make it until Sunday. They told me they were too busy and couldn’t do it, so Saturday evening I ran out of oil and was calling them from 7 AM Sunday morning until 10am to find out what time they would be delivering… NOBODY answered the phone and I left a message to please call me back (they never did). At 12:20 I got an email saying my delivery will be postponed until the next day. I called again...this time someone answered. I spoke to a girl name Linda who said they can’t even give me 20 gallons on the ORIGINAL delivery date because somebody called out sick I would have to do without Oil that day rather than put somebody on overtime or just get me 20 lousy gallons for the day because I explained that I ran out. They didn’t care ‘I’m sorry’ doesn’t keep my family warm....10 lousy gallons of fuel would’ve got me to Monday (the day they postponed me to). After explaining I already had to prime the system and add diesel fuel they still didn’t care and I explained I will run out of oil again later that night. Since hey didn’t care, I cancelled and called PatmosFuel right after (on a Sunday evening) and they were here before noon the next day filling up my tank. Romeo’s lost both accounts (2 houses) after the 3rd time in 2 years my oil delivery was changed to later day. The last 2-3 seasons Romeo keeps stretching the delivery date from the date ordered to the point I’ve run out of oil 2x waiting for a delivery that never came.
