We used Superior Realty because Nora Avalos was highly recommended. We have to say she is professional, sweet and very informative . She was always reachable. . The office staff was very helpful and polite. We are truly grateful having done business with Superior Realty. We Thank God our home was sold rapidly and the sale was all a success because of Noras dedication and commitment. Even after the sale her follow up was also professional and very thoughtful. I met Nora the last week of June. She's a fire cracker in my opinion and she didn't prove me wrong. Put the house on the market July 1st and in 2 weeks we were under contract. Her and her team go above and beyond to satisfy their clients. Very knowledgeable about the market, the community and what her clients needs are as well. I give NY Superior a five star rating because the experience was top notch. It's so difficult letting go of so many memories but with NY Superior the transition was smooth and for that I'm so very grateful. Thank you Nora.
