I used “Master Furniture” when I was in desperate need of having a nightstand repaired. In hindsight, I would have gone elsewhere. At pickup, I was never given a receipt, invoice or business card as requested. I was texted an invoice later, which in my opinion is pretty unprofessional. A stranger picked up my expensive furniture and didn’t do as much as tell me his name. (Might be my fault for blindingly trusting a stranger). Communication was horrible, I felt like I was chasing them around to find out when my piece would be delivered back. The person I was in contact with replied late to my texts and told me he was sick and asleep. He also told me to make sure I had CASH ONLY when the driver came to redeliver my night stand. Upon delivery, the driver insisted I owed $30 more than the invoice stated. I made him sign my own hand-drafted receipt (since they were adidment about CASH ONLY), and he was reluctant. They never provided their own reciept, and the driver was telling me that “all his customers are his friends and I should just trust him”. It has nothing to do with trust, a receipt is common practice in any business. When he took my nightstand the first time he disassembled the drawers, and I asked him to put them back and complete the job and he told me to ask my husband to do that and continued to ask bizarre personal questions about my husbands employment. All in all, the nightstand ended up repaired and looks great but I’d say they have to work on their business ediquette... a shame because I’m looking to refinish my dining room table, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The name says it all. MASTER! My moms 30 year old living room set brought back to life. The detail and craftsmanship just goes beyond! This is the art of furniture restoration at its absolute best thank you to the entire Master furniture team for bring life back to this historic living room set!
