        I had an excellent experience at DMI in Maspeth. Despite being quite nervous about undergoing an MRI, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Appreciate your support in helping me get through it!

        A garbage place...the machinery and equipment are broken! I've been here for about an hour. Since I was told that the equipment was broken, why should I open a medical institution? Go bankrupt

        The receptionist was rude arguing with me stating I was rude to her on the phone and when I asked to speak with her supervisor she said she was the supervisor . She then cancelled my next appt stating she didnt know how it was cancelled maybe I didn't confirm my appt but I was never notified. She then made another appt for me a month away .This place needs to train their staff in customer service . This involves my health nothing to play with will notify my lawyer / rehab facility

        ATTENTION ALL FEMALE PATIENTS On January 2nd 2023 at 6pm, I attended Dynamic Medical Imaging Queens for an appointment of an MRI scan due to a previous car accident I was involved in. As I was escorted towards the changing room, I was told to remove my undergarments if it had any metal in the material. I left it on until the radiologist gave the order to take it off, even after stating my sports bra does not consist of any metal. which I found strange. Nonetheless, I proceeded to follow his order. As I walked into the MRI room, I noticed the male radiologist immediately look inappropriately at my chest areas not once, but numerous times. As he stared, he finally looked up to ask me if I had a bra on, which I found inappropriate and uncomfortable. As a female patient, I felt extremely disrespected and violated. I am very disappointed with their unethical and unprofessional service. For future female patients, I would not recommend this location.

      We have opened an internal investigation regarding this issue. The investigation will be opened for the next 100 days for the accused technician involved. We would like to hear your side of the story. Please reach out us at 718-606-0024 or in person if you would like, following precaution will be taken to prevent these accusations from happening again meanwhile we appointed more female technicians to do scans, close monitor the accused technician, providing mandatory gown. We have placed a complaint box to improve our quality of service. Once again our apologies for any inconvenience it may have caused you. We look forward for your reply back.
