Horrendous. Place was empty and I was refused, as were others. Said someone called in sick and were only taking scheduled spots. Take care of your urgent care first! Ridiculous. Will not return

I've had some mixed results with urgent care, but overall, experiences have been very good. My PCP is Dr. Tiu, who is great. He never rushes and takes the time to listen. He also offers good suggestions. I've very happy with the level of care I've received from him.

Only place that doesnt take you immediately for a possible fracture. Waiting waiting waiting in pain!! Do not come here for emergencies!!

They were great for seeing us very quickly last week my son was congested and not feeling well. They said it was just a cold and benadryl may help with the congestion. 1 week later he starts with pain and complaining his ear was blocked, so we went again, but misdiagnosed my son. Said it looked fine. Went to his pediatrician the next morning because his pain was unbearable. Had 102 fever and a severe ear infection. Live and learn.

I really like this place. They have been very accommodating to me and my family, especially over the last three years with Covid. Theyve always taken great care to be gentle and kind when treating my kids. There staff have been under a lot of pressure in the last few years and I appreciate all the hard work.
