        Was the very first visit of the day, and no one was "available" to see me for fifteen minutes, even though I could hear the provider talking about personal chit-chat with coworkers. Really shows where the priorities are.

        They are double booked here due to being short staffed. If you arrive 10 mins late they will not see you and push for reschedule to ease the double booking pressure they are experiencing. Bad experience for me, not knowing this policy, and unfortunately arriving 10mins late after waiting months for my appointment.

        The drs and nurses have always been very kind to me. Ive had bad experiences with the reception which is too bad because thats the first person you talk to when you walk in or call the office.
