Al, Jim, Frank and their entire team were professional, thoughtful and easy to work with throughout. They painted the exterior of our house and also replaced some of the doors. My wife and I are both architects so we can be challenging clients and they were very patient and helpful when offering solutions. Their quality was excellent and the cost reasonable and competitive as we bid the work prior to choosing Gallo. We have no hesitation at recommending them and would work with them again. Having used them in the past I knew everything would get done in a timely manner but I never expected that they would be able to handle everything I needed to get my house ready to sell. They can do it all for you, which is perfect because finding good help isn’t that easy. Jim and Frank are great to work with, they are very professional, extremely responsive, they will work with your budget and everything will be done on time. I’m so happy with the work they did, everything came out beautiful. Thank you Jim and Frank!

I recently used this company, and I am sorry to say, I am extremely disappointed. Any level of professionalism just wasn't there. I was told by Al, the Owner, that it was my responsibility to inspect the job his painters were doing. It is not the customers responsibility, but the responsibility of the owner to keep an eye on his people, and the quality of work that is being produced. I am convinced that in many rooms only one coat of paint was applied... on top of that the walls were not prepped in a careful manner. The job went longer than expected because I demanded that some of the work be fixed. I did not pay over $5k for mediocre work that my husband and I could have done ourselves. There is paint on the walls, appliances, a banister in the walk up, and many others spots. I will never recommend this company to any of my friends or family members. Steer clear of this place. On top of that our original quote estimate was way off, and the actual price was almost four thousand more. We were in a rush to move into our house so Al tried to hustle us. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the work, and the behavior of the owner. All he cared about was getting paid.
