Overall, the store is for both beginners and professionals, the staff is nice, very friendly, they select skates very competently, after consultation everything was very comfortable quickly, professional guys sharpen your skates and prepare you how to stand correctly; they will show you a full range of services. Excellent customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient. My son 14 YO, is extremely happy with the Bauer we bought and it was oven warmed to mold to his feet. They also help knock the ball area of your ankle so it doesnt get pressed on to the skates. I am very happy to have found this place and not just buy it online. Its a world of difference. Otherwise, unless your feet fits perfectly to the skates no amount of expensive skates will matter. The retail cost is slightly higher but with all the customization- well well worth it. Highly recommend. Two of his friends are already going to get it. Ask for Joe!

Alvin was absolutely amazing. I came in a bit late for my appointment unfortunately but he was very understanding. He is also very clearly knowledgeable. I was able to pick out, purchase, bake and sharpen the skates all in one trip. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

skaters heaven! David is beyond excellent! i have no words for his professionalism, courtesy and very friendly too! i cant wait to go back soon! this store is 100/10 def recommending them to my other skating friends in NY!
