Very bad customer service, I was looking for some tables and I have to wait more than 15 minutes for the lady because she the only one who works in that section.

Terrible experience with this store. I paid over $3000 for a new, reach-in, commercial fridge for my small cafe. They delivered a broken display model that turned out to have 3 things broken in it. NOTE, THE FRIDGE WAS BROKEN BEFORE IT LEFT THE STORE. I didn't know it was broken until after I paid their delivery guys $100 to install it. When it didn't work, instead of taking it back and replacing it, they told me to use the warranty and call the manufacturer.They eventually refunded my money after 5 months of trying to convince the manufacturer that it was broke., but they charged me for the delivery. After calling to complain, the refunded the delivery charge. THEY REFUSED TO TAKE THE BROKEN FRIDGE BACK and I never got the $100 I paid for insulation. When the repair guy first came he found that a tube to the compressor was cut, so he replaced the compressor. Then, the next day, it stopped working again. The repair guy came and replace the sensor on the door.It seemed to be working at this stage. Then I noticed that the fridge was increasing in Temperature randomly to 60 degrees for about 5 hours every week or so. I had to monitor the temperature on an app and send the data to the manufacturer to convince them it was broke. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 5 MONTHS OF STRESS. STUCK WITH BROKEN FRIDGE. DOWN $100
