I feel like this review is long overdue. I've been a customer for about 10 years now and it's unacceptable that its taken me this long to commend this supplier for their fantastic service! Every order has arrived next or same day without fail (I live in the same state as one of the warehouses) and never a single mistake in the order, I always get exactly what I order. I had one fluke experience where a product came damaged and called customer service to reorder the item. Not only were they audibly appalled and apologetic that it happened, they made no hesitation to send out replacements free of charge and even asked for my permission to open the product package before shipping it out to check and make sure it wasn't damaged as well due to a possible production error. Phenomenal care and support over the years!! Thank you Mithra team

Worked here for a year. The man who runs this business is an incredible professional who I learned so much from. This company has exceptional product knowledge and the customer service is incredible. Mithra Tattoo based in Hicksville Long Island is a VERY reliable company. Many tattoo shops and artists depend on their services and they ALWAYS Deliver!!! You can count on these guys! TRUST ME! Miss working here very much but I had personal issues to tend to. Wish I was more grateful to my boss and supervisor. I took my job for granted. I hope to make a very big purchase one day as a token of gratitude. It is the least I can do because my experience working here will ALWAYS be cherished. Thanks you for everything and keep crushing the tattoo business guys!

Not bad but not good has good bulk supplies but limited on ink color selection. Sells latex and not nitrile black gloves so watch out if your latex sensitive.
