        I go to this store for all my Sprint/T-Mobile issues and today they were exceptional.

        The manager (Braylin) told us he had a Samsung 20 and a Samsung 21. Then told us he only had a samsung 20 but would pick a 21 up from a sister store by 10 am today. Then we called and said we were on our way, he proceeded to say he didn't have the phone yet but would by 645pm today when we would arrive. Then miraculously when we arrived at 7pm he stepped out to get food. When his employee called him to see what the status of our phone was he told the employee the person who was supposed to give him the samsung 21 bailed But DEFINITELY tomorrow he would have one. Like does this sorry excuse for a manager think my wife and i are that dumb?? Thats unacceptable customer service. We planned our day around getting these phones and the lackadaisical response and blatant lying are not acceptable. We will never frequent this store again. .
