        I just inquired on why does Madewell t-shirts always develop a pinhole in all of the t-shirts (4) in a short period of time after purchase? Hanna (supervisor) told me take them back to where I purchase it, which happens to be throughout the country. I had a retailer tell me she noticed the same thing. I asked Hanna where are their corporate offices and she said she couldn't give that out. Seriously, what happen to quality and good customer service? MADE WELL

        Be careful when ordering any item that is not in stock from Madewell. They will take your credit card information and charge it on whatever future date they please without outlining it anywhere on your receipt or via email. In my case, it was 4 months later.
