I refuse to go anywhere else. The team will work hard to get your work done quickly and correctly no matter how busy they are. They will also let you know up front if additional services are needed or recommended.

It was great. In and out in just over half an hour, My bill was ten dollars less than the written estimate. There were no hidden charges or taxes.

Honesty is the best service, and it wasnt found here. I would rate a zero if I could. I had my winter tires put on by Dunn tire and now Its time to put the summer tires on. I had Dunn tire put tires on a new set of rims, and I changed the tires myself with a friend. When I took my winter rims and off, i found out that one of Dunn tire's mechanics Broke the cap off one of my lug nuts and didnt bother to replace or let me know, then on a different one broke a stud then filed it down so the nut would go back on, only a couple of twists. So regardless of safety concerns they Would have gotten a better review if they were honest, Or if they replaced the 5$ worth of parts they broke. I would have called and mention something but I didn't feel like arguing for an hour and a half. And I dont care for any one contacting me about making this situation correct, I'm just letting people know my personal experience, and if they did this to me, do you think you're different? Just because your vehicle looks safe doesn't mean it is.

DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE!!!! It would not let me pick ZERO stars, thats what they deserve not 1. I bought 4 new tires and had them put on and an alignment done. I only had tires for 7 days. I went on vacation to South Carolina and on the way home on I 81 in Virginia my back 2 tires blew out and had all I could do to get to the side of the road. My whole family could of been killed. We were towed to a dealership in Virginia that looked at my vehicle and said that Dunn tire left 3 out of the 4 alignment bolts loose when they worked on my vehicle. Total negligence on Dunn Tires part. Needless to say they left the bolts loose which made my tires blow out. In Virginia I had to buy 2 new tires and pay for another alignment in order to get back home. After getting home I went to the Dunn tire shop in Clay, NY and spoke to the manager Greg Krieger who did not care about what had happened. He was very rude and short with me. They are the ones that made a mistake and won't take responsibility for it. Didn't care that my family could of gotten killed. This accident could of been fatal. I was asking to be refunded for the tires I had to buy in Virginia and Greg only wanted to give me 2 new tires, totally not acceptable. I would never let them touch my car again they will probably leave the bolts loose again. I have no confidence in this company. They only care about the money and not the customer. Bottom line DO NOT buy tires from here they may not tighten your bolts and you may have the same situation as I did.
