Worst customer service ever experienced, been a customer for years, now will never go back. Called on a Saturday asked for a part, put on hold for 8 minutes 43 seconds The girl came back says “No, we don’t have any “ I said, What? that all I get after 8 minutes of being on hold, Can you order it? Her response, Ya, it will be 2 weeks” I said, 2 WEEKS? It takes 2 weeks to order something? Her Response, Ya, Don’t like it call someplace else and hung up... I called back asked to speak with someone in charge was put on hold for over 17 minutes during this time call from another phone put on hold on that phone, I hung up both phones call back repeatedly just to have someone pick the phone up say nothing and hang it up. After 4 attempts a guy picked up saying he had not clue as he worked in the office in the back, and didn’t know the name of the front service counter girl, nobody with any authority was there and all he could say he was sorry to call back Monday.... Wasted Enough Time....Called Elsewhere, Lost Another LongTime Customer..😧
