This company should be proficient in the infusing medications in patients. They cannot find veins. They do not have ultra sound machines to find had to find ND problem veins. All they can do is is very basic, they are not specialists

My mother-in-law is an 85 yo female alert to person, place and time intelligent and capable of ADLs and with a hearing deficit as documented by her health care provider. The difficulty of effectively communicating with people in times of stress is also a documented fact and people are encouraged to bring an advocate when receiving health care-that is my role with my mother-in-law. On entering the Buckley Rd. Infusacare office, the admitting nurse stated I could not stay with her per office policy. I chose to sit in my vehicle as the hall benches are uncomfortable. She wrote down my cell phone number and I left. Per my mother-in-law, the nurse then told her she could hear well enough and I had just wanted to stay and keep her company. Per my mother-in-law, this nurse seemed agitated and attempted to take her blood pressure more than twice then another nurse came into the cubicle and took her blood pressure. After the procedure ended, my mother-in-law felt wobbly. She stated she felt rushed to leave the cubicle and facility. She wobbled as she walked. Another nurse had assumed her care at one point during her procedure. This second nurse was given the paper with my phone number but did not choose to call me. She held my wobbling mother-in-law's arm and walked her to the outside of the building, then, seeing my husband step out of the car, let her walk toward us unassisted, without a word of caution to us that she had demonstrated an unsteady gait. I would not recommend this place to anyone needing infusion services.
