Video paid for was promised 4-6 months from Jan 2022. On 6 months, no video. After multiple follow up emails, was promised it will be another 2 weeks which will be delivered in August. No video. Follow up emails with voicemail was unanswered. Sent a text in September and was told another 10 business days. Sent a text one day before due date to confirm video will be on schedule but no response and no video on due date. Very frustrated with lack of communication with empty promises, requested refund for the video service. B&B have not confirmed refund. Will have to take legal action now.

Our wedding photos turned out better than we could have dreamed of, and it was a pleasure to work with Justin on our wedding day. He was friendly and easygoing.

Bound and Branch did a fantastic job for our engagement and wedding photos. They are great with getting back to you and a lot of fun during the sessions. We would highly recommend them for any event you want captured!

My brother had his wedding recently and the photographers were Steven and Brittany and I cannot say enough good things about them. From their willingness to go multiple places to having such a relaxed and fun mood throughout the entire night. They are the best photographers that we have had the pleasure of working with. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I found Bound and Branch on a App called Thumbtack , I needed a Photographer(s) to help me plan a engagement shoot and they did just that! So helpful cause we haven't been to upstate NY , I would recommend them to anyone looking for Photographers, thank you Justin and Cedric!
