Stellar performance by Islandwide Alarm The team explained every aspect of their alarm & camera system to each of us. Regardless of the obstacles our store presented itself for the installation Islandwide Alarm was well equipped to solve each of them. My favorite aspect was their teamwork; as one teammate was drilling into the wall another teammate was right next to him vacuuming the dust. They were a finely tuned team that cleaned as they worked and put away their equipment as one of them explained their systems while answering all of our questions. Brandon and his team are amazing people! I had a ton of questions since this was the first time installing cameras around the house. He was really patient with me and listened to what we wanted. He did not try to sell us on anything we did not need and was honest when he thought something would be an unnecessary expense. The team arrived on time and explained everything before starting. They took off their shoes each time they came into the home and gave us a heads up when they knew things would get a little noisier (much appreciated since we were working from home). The team cleaned up after themselves and made sure we understood how to use the system before leaving. Brandon followed up with us more than once after installation to make sure everything was working as expected. We actually made an additional request after our installation and he found a way to get it done right away. I love that we can directly reach out to him with any concerns instead of calling an 800 number and being left on hold. I highly recommend reaching out to Islandwide Alarms for anything security related. You will not be disappointed.
