East end auto repair put new tires on my car. They told me I need an alignment (which they dont do there) and suggested I go to S&M. I made an appointment and went there and met the owner Jeff who happens to be one of the nicest people I have ever met. Well there was a problem with my car; Jeff explained everything to me and told me the bad part that it would take two to three weeks to get the part. I asked him if he needed the car out of there and he told me it can stay theyll keep an eye on it. Jeff would call periodically to let me know the update on the part. Well when it got there the same day he put it in and I had my car that day. I was so impressed I took the wifes car there for an alignment. Well I was even more impressed with the fact that he told me her car was spot on and needed nothing. Wow where do you find honesty like that nowadays he could have made something up but being as honest as he is he didnt so guess what, I brought my truck there and it just needed a simple alignment. I suggest to anyone who needs an alignment dont mess around with Mavis or any other place, these guys are the real deal. I am a customer for life. Service: Wheel alignment
