CDC did an excellent job replacing an updating my roof. They came when promised, made great recommendations and even promptly responded and came back after the job was completed when I had a question about an area of the roof. I would certainly recommend them for any roofing job

I used Thomas last year to redo my whole roof. I paid about $74,000 to do the ENTIRE FLAT ROOF. It was a large project. Now that there is an issue he isn't taking any responsibility. So much for a 2 year warranty, right? The contract is bogus if the owner himself cannot live up to it. He charged me twice for scuppers and there was a leak in my roof. I told him I found a mistake in what he charged me and said he needed to come fix the ceiling where the leak was coming in. He claims his business is closed and bank account is closed. These are the reasons he cannot return me the money and fix the ceiling. So if that's true then this rating shouldn't matter since his business is closed according to his email. I have posted a picture of it for anyone who might consider him for a job. He dosent work in Nassua anymore so he claims.
