I got a bill from this company that works for my primary care doctor in Plainview 3.5 years later. I called to get more info on why I owed it since I paid my copay and they received a check from oxford. They said Oxford recouped the check so they want to collect it from me. I asked of they billed Oxford GHI or Oxford UHC since tgey said they had two different member id''s from me. They laughed at me and told me that if I'm too stupid to know which insurance company I had at the time, then they look forward to sending me more bills and putting me into collections. I asked where they were located and they called me stupid again and said it was on my bill which it's not. The only address on my bill is the primary care office that I go to. Will be reporting them to the news.
