This company was my family's worst nightmare!! The treatment we have received from them is almost indescribable. My husband was shot back in October 2006 by a co worker and to date has received ZERO compensation. When he was out on comp , even those suppose to they refused to pay him. It has been well over a decade fighting it out with them. Everyone knows their trick, hold out long enough and maybe they will drop it. They try to stall it every chance they get. You are not even treated as if you are human. It is beyond cruel what they can get away with and comp allows it. They think they are above the law. They have absolutely NO compassion for anyone or anything. Thank God they cannot take away free speech! If you get injured and they are your companies carrier, GOOD LUCK TO YOU, SERIOUSLY GOOD LUCK TO YOU!! Be prepared it will easily be over a decade, then maybe they will toss you some crumbs. We are one of MANY families lives that they have destroyed!! Workers comp is suppose to help others, not hurt them. We need to be a voice for families suffering under comp. LAWS need to be changed! Companies should not hold all the power. It also needs to addressed at the federal level. I will keep writing letters, calIing senators until we get changes to the system and companies like this!!
