I received an unexpected flower delivery for my birthday from my out of state family. I loved the colorful and full flower arrangement that I received. This happy face arrangement exceeded my expectations and made me extremely HAPPY!! Lennon's did a beautiful job on this.

I would give this place a 0 if I could the way I was spoke to after they made a mistake and I do understand mistakes happen but the owner talked to me like I was stupid and this was all my fault( MIND YOU THIS WAS A VALENTINES DAY GIFT FOR ME!!) First they sent ME a message telling me they were preparing my arrangement and it would be ready for delivery around 2:52! Again it was supposed to be a surprise and as you see it has been ruined because I now know they are preparing it! Okay w.e but when it comes mind you almost a hour later half the order is missing the $20 teddy bear and a $7 balloon so I call because my wife is working and cant call herself the owner tells me they are very busy and will get back to me by the end of the day! So I wait and nothing so I called back at this point Im upset no one reached out to tell us what happened or how the problem would be fixed its the day after. So I call to express my anger I was being very nice just telling the owner what happened and how it was a big let down and she begins to yell at me telling me I never received the message I clearly still have. How it was a problem I needed to take up with door dash even though my wife went into the store and bought the order and even wrote on a card that I received with the flowers! But she still tried to convince me I dont know what Im talking about hung up the phone on me after yelling at me. So I called back and asked for a refund and she proceeded to yell asking me "WOULD THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY? Then told me I can get credit and she is sending someone to get the flowers from me! Im sitting here like is this a joke you are grown and you own the business you cant just admit you were wrong and make it right? She then proceeded to tell me "she owned the business and I could bring cops if I like no one is taking her business! THIS IS JUST SAD I WILL NEVER GO HERE OR LET ANYONE I KNOW GO HERE SHE WILL RIPE YOU OFF THEN MAKE IT SEEM AS IF YOU ARE THE WRONG ONE FOR EXPECTING WHAT YOU PAYED FOR!!!
