Their work is impeccable. They arrived when they said they would, clean and extremely professional. You can tell that the employees are happy at their job. They all work so well together. We cant say enough about Ambrose Electric . Other than how GREAT they are. Thank you Ambrose!

Back again in 2024.... Ambrose is the Capital District's only place to have your Generac unit serviced!!! I'll just add to last years... they are awesome. Jenn reached out to me to schedule my yearly maintenance. They will show up when they can and leave a door tag that it's done. Ambrose all the way!!! Yet again, Ambrose to the rescue. I gotta say everyone with this organization is amazing. Panicked a week or so ago because I realized the generator wasnt exercising as expected. Panel was dead. Well. Dead battery. Was a Sunday. Possible issues with Hurricane Henri looming. I pulled the battery myself and was able to get a new one. Heres where Ambrose comes to the rescue. I call on Monday. Maybe a bit miffed that something was missed. Charging system not working. Battery was old but not THAT old. Talk to service. Immediate scheduling of a tech to come out and verify charging system was good and it was just the battery. Batteries go bad. And they go bad quick. Nothing to be done about that. The fact they made room in their busy schedule to get someone out here ASAP to make sure the charging system was good is why I highly recommend the folks at Ambrose.

I called Ambrose Electric to service my generator upon recommendation from another company. They came out for service when they said they would and were happy to answer any and all of my questions. They provided kind and professional service that I would absolutely recommend!
