Dr Edwards is AMAZING! It took me YEARS to get a diagnosis for MS. I have no idea what I would have gone through if it wasnt for him! Penny is a GODSEND! She is kind, listens, very personable and knowledgeable! She takes her time in listening to you and your issues. Shes been giving me my disport for about a year or so now. She ALWAYS calls within 3-4 weeks after my injections to see how Im doing! Im so sad that Dr Edwards will be retiring soon. Im at a loss as where I will go and who I will trust! HORRIBLE! Penny was more concerned w/ the fact I had a mental health issues than the symptoms I was actually experiencing. She kept hinting multiple times that I needed to talk to my psych dr. Some of the things like the dropping thing, loss of bowels an having trouble swallowing has NOTHING to w/ mental health or the medication I've been on for yrs!! She wasn't even going to do a scan until my 17yr olddaught spoke up

Best Multiple Sclerosis Dr in the capital district. Nursing staff is knowledgeable and kind.

They are understaffed, long wait times, can never get through on the phone, office staff is terrible, nurses are nice, but Dr. Edward's could not be any more miserable.
