I could go into detail about some other things that I was annoyed about but the best one was purchasing two bands from them and realizing later that the band I bought was engraved with words that were not by my husband With a previous ask I had, they asked if I still had the receipt (which I didnt have due to my space being ruined by a flood) so I assume they will say the same for the engraved ring I bought from them. Classic. Never using or recommending.

Felix did a great job taking my mother's engagement ring diamond and diamonds from a 10 anniversary band I had given my wife and created a fabulous new ring to replace the diamond my wife loss. Will go back anytime. Great service and professionalism.

My wide and I love Rubino Jewelers. They go all the way to help you and make everything fit the occasion. They have beautiful selections of bracelets, rings, necklaces, etc. Years ago I had them make a custom diamond ring for my then fianc, now my wife! She had seen a beautiful set of earrings but didn't want to pay the department store price for the lower quality item. Felix ended up making his own creation from scratch! The quality that Rubino's give you is all you need to see over any department store. Felix had even made a matching pendant which we couldn't leave without. They can turn an idea into gold, literally. They are a wonderful staple in our community.
