Elite painting came to my home. Gave me an estimate and after numerous attempts to contact Eric I never heard back. Very unprofessional and very overpriced. Do you want to do business with someone that ignores you? I ended up hiring someone elae who was attentive and professional at a much lower cost. You have been warned.

This company came highly recommended to us by our close friends and were thrilled with their work. I would recommend them to anyone in WNY. We hired them to paint pretty much the entire first floor and part of the second floor of our house. There is lots of trim, windows and wainscoting. Justin and Mike did an absolutely immaculate job. The crew went above and beyond to make sure they were proud of putting their name on it, and that we were happy with it. We also had them remove wallpaper from a large dining room. The wallpaper removal was a bear and required that almost the entire plaster wall be repaired afterward. By the time they were done repairing it looked like a brand new wall - I couldn't believe it. We thought we would have to put a new wallpaper on it to hide the imperfections in the plaster, but it came out so nice that we are considering painting it instead. We also added several things on to the job while it was in progress (almost doubling the work) and the guys didn't bat an eye. They were super responsive to our requests and gave honest guidance to us to get the best bang for our buck. Very detail oriented, organized, honest, efficient and just a pleasure to be around. They also did a great job of keeping things tidy and cleaning up before they left for the day. Aric, the owner, is an all-around great guy and I now consider him a friend. He's a hard worker and great to talk to. He demands perfection from his crew and was constantly monitoring the progress to ensure it was completed timely and to our satisfaction. The price was fair, and they earned it. We are so glad we hired them instead of trying to do this project on our own. Services: Interior painting, Drywall repair

It is honestly tough to put into words how good of a job Elite Custom Painting has done on my house, but here is my best shot. When I was purchasing a home last year, I started to call down the Google “floor restoration” search results. Elite Custom Painting was the second one to answer, and even though I was a little vague on what I needed they did their best to address all of my questions. Although I only contacted them about the floors, they suggested their complete interior painting service. I was honestly expecting an average house at best. What I received from Elite Custom Painting made me ask if they just placed new better-quality hardwood flooring and walls up. I picked the colors for the walls but the amount of wall repair that they did was unbelievable. It honestly should have cost me at least 50% more to have that much work done. The house looks beyond my wildest expectations and I will never use another paint company besides Elite Custom Painting. Aric cannot retire as I need him to do continued work on the property. Not only did they do a phenomenal job, they even came back and did touch ups after a few weeks to make sure that it was perfect (and they threw in a touch up from where a couch hit the wall while moving). If you are considering a flooring restoration and complete interior painting (trim, doors, ceilings, and walls) job, you will do yourself a huge favor by hiring Elite Custom Painting. As many other people probably believe, I think that I can do most of their work myself, but it would take me 20 times longer and the job would be at least 10 times longer. It is completely worth it to hire Elite Custom Painting.

In addition to my post below, I would like to add that my husband and I are very happy with the job that Aric and his crew recently completed. They power washed the whole house, hand washed the siding and windows, and painted the exterior of our house. Aric and his crew are professional and trustworthy! Thanks again for doing a great job! Elite is Custom Painting did a wonderful job on our house! They were in and out in a timely manner, and after each day, they picked up and kept it as clean as possible since we were living in our house during the painting job. The owner, Aric, and his painters worked well with us -- great customer service! We had a lot of patching and painting to get done -- everything looks fabulous!
