In late July, a friend dropped off a boat here that belonged to my late father. The engine didnt run well. The fellow said he would look at it. Days went by, then weeks went by. I called up my friend and asked what was happening. He said hes been calling and leaving messages and no one answers the phone and no one returns his call. So then I started calling. Same deal. No one ever, ever answers the phone. All you get is a voicemail message, which doesnt even identify the business or even a name of who you are reaching. All it says is, Yeah thanks for calling. Call back after 3:30. I have called many times, before 3:30, after 3:30, no difference. Finally, on August 20 someone (Bobby?) returns my call. Says hes very sorry and will look at the engine within a few days. Today is 1 October, and I have never heard anything since. I have called many many times since then. Left many messages. I dont live near there, and I dont have the ability to just go there and confront them or get the boat, assuming its even there. If it is, Im sure its just sitting outside, devaluing in the rain and sun. Its not worth a whole lot, but my dad put some work into it as an old fishing boat that we were going to use, so its worth something to me By most definitions, they have essentially stolen the boat. They have had it all summer.

Bobby is a very professional and communicative mechanic. Appears to be knowledgeable and has answers for all your boat needs. Will continue to form a good relationship with him as long as he continues to be an awesome guy that takes care of my boat.
