Kevin Birney - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am currently a returning customer from a different insurance company, this is more of a review on the staff than the actual State Farm company. Mary has been a pleasure to work with, always cordial, patient and kind. Thankfully I have not had to contact them except for setting up my policy, but in the event that I had to, I wouldnt doubt she would be a tremendous help with anything I need. Thank you Mary for your excellent customer service, glad to be back with you guys.

Keep an eye on your policy for they drop your family members and change your address without approvals and blame corporate. Kevin never calls you back been emailing him since Oct to call us. They make promises that if you refer people you will receive gas cards that you will never get they owe me $100 total! Working with this agency is not easy.
