Dale was amazing. His knowledge of construction, mechanicals, and everything a potential home buyer needs to know is beyond compare. He took the time to explain, in plain language, his findings and helped to understand what is important vs just cosmetic. He even goes into the details of how to continue to maintain items and when things should be replaced in the future. I can guarantee, that when Dale is on the job, you will get the unvarnished truth. He is not swayed by real estate agents. In this cutthroat and overwhelming marketplace, where most people may need these services once a decade, Dale was the calm. I highly recommend him.
