Seven Os came highly recommended as a family run RV dealership with good pricing and service and didnt disappoint. We ordered a Greyhawk motor home from them in the middle of the pandemic and received monthly updates on its progress and expected delivery timeline. Harold Oot, President and CEO of Seven Os personally handled our order and kept us up to date on the status of our unit. The Pre Delivery Inspection with Steve went well with a few minor issues resolved before we were done with the inspection. We got a good deal on the price of our unit and its additional options. Everyone we dealt with from Harold, Steve, Dave, Paul and Dan to our new friend Jean Covert in the closing department were very helpful, professional and treated us like family. Its no wonder that they have been in business for so long. If youre looking to buy a Jayco RV or one of several other brands they carry in the Central New York area I would highly recommend that you visit Seven Os RV Sales in Kirkville NY or their second location in Cicero NY.

My wife and I just purchased our first camper from Seven O's on 4/1/22. Although we purchased used, based on how we were treated, you would have thought that we were buying a brand-new, top of the line, high dollar unit. Customer service was phenomenal; everyone we interacted with was super friendly, helpful, & made us feel apart of their family. Absolutely wonderful experience all the way around. Our salesman Ron showed us the "in's & out's" of our unit in great detail and had no problem repeating & explaining whatever we needed further explanation on. We will never go anywhere else. Friendly and curtious staff. Everyone is very helpful and ensures you are taken care of as quickly as possible. Straight forward and upfront sales team. Its an hour and a half drive from my house but well worth it.

Service & sales lots better at the Kirkville store than the Cicero store. Very pleased with Kirkville store. Salesmen not pushy. Brought my cousin to look around & we were greeted by several people, but never pushed into anything.

Like this dealership.No run around when dealing with them ..I like the fact the slides and units are open and you can look at them freely .I enjoy the store where you can purchase some pretty neat things for your rv and maintenance supplies and parts too .Everyone there are very nice and dont treat you like your a number .John Bachman has been awsome over the years with my daughter ,friends and my son and myself when buying from them .
