        These guys are superstars. Our car broke down on a Saturday afternoon and they helped us diagnose, advised on solutions and helped us get where we needed to be via other means of transportation. I didn't know folks like this still existed. So grateful.

        DO NOT go into the shop in Kingston, NY... I have had 2 bad experiences now and will not go back ever... Also I have filed a complaint with Corporate and if that is not resolved I won't go to ANY Monro.
