Cheryl came to the rescue after a drink spilled on my MacBook😭! I was immediately relieved when I found out that she was Apple Certified and has been working with Apple products for over 30 years. She walked me through how to properly recover memory storage and future best practices. She was so helpful in a situation where I felt helpless.
