Summit Express Medical Supply

I have only had positive experienced with Summit Express.  They keep their promises, and supplied me with a goodly number of free samples on my request.  My previous supplier made it difficult to learn the price of different competing products and steered me the most expensive brand when there were less expensive alternatives just as good. Summit Express gladly gave me their prices on the different brands and types.Summit Express's delivery is much, much quicker than .  This is important, since Medicare requires re-orders be very close to the date when you run out of supplies. Running out of critical supplies is serious business, which the pencil pushers at Medicare don't seem to understand.

I placed an online order with a bigger company on the Thursday evening before Labor Day and followed up by phone on Friday morning, asking if they could please do all they could to expedite delivery for a visiting friend who needed catheters urgently. The bigger company staffer told me it would take 1-2 business days PLUS 2 days for processing -- nothing else they could do. I then called Summit and spoke to Amber. She told me she would dispatch my order that very day. She was as good as her word and I received delivery next day, the Friday prior to Labor Day. Bravo Amber and Bravo Summit !!! Margaret

Summit Express Medical Supply is one of the very best providers of the urological supplies in the country. Steve is a great guy who answers the phone personally and ensures each customer experience is superlative!

No free samples will ever be given. The owner just wants to harass you and your doctor for a prescription. Go elsewhere, this is not good business practices.
