Ron Cohen is the only realtor i can truly and honestly recommend and stand by that recommendation whole heartedly. He sold my Kew Gardens co-op apartment in July of 2019. He is extremely knowledgable, very professional, friendly and approachable. Ron, unlike the lawyer I worked with, was always available and able to answer any question or address any concert I would have. He makes people feel respected and at ease. He has a very calm demeanor which really helps when you are dealing with a stress of selling your apartment. His advice as to how to prepare your home for sale is priceless and I would recommend sellers to follow it. Ron is a very dependable person with great personality and integrity. When you work with him you can trust him fully, you are in good hands.

I contacted Ron for notary services. The appt was set up and when I called him to confirm he said he couldnt do it anymore. I would have been ok with it but the fact he didnt even have the courtesy to call me ahead of time. Because of that I missed the hours of operation of other places that offer notary services. Poor customer service. I dont recommend him at all.

I needed to sell my Kew Gardens coop and decided to try nearby Gotham West. Very glad l did! From the beginning, Ron Cohen was very helpful with the whole process. He had made a detailed market analysis, took professional photographs for the listing, and patiently answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Despite a long and challenging sales process (DUE TO A CHALLENGING COOP BOARD, NOT RON) Ron remained professional and dedicated to completing the sale, and demonstrated expertise in coop boards and sales. I highly recommend Ron because he has integrity, is an excellent communicator, is honest, and clearly cares about his clients and their needs and will get the job done.
