I work for a medical office that frequently gets requests from paramedics for medical records. Most of the time it’s fine aside from being continually bothered by their retrieval staff calling and saying they sent a request multiple times when I obviously didn’t receive them and getting attitude with me about. Today, they sent a request for a doctor not in our practice or even in our health system to our fax number. Didn’t realize they don’t both confirming that they have the correct contact or physician information before sending *confidential patient information* out. I tried to call the number listed on the form to inform them of their “mistake”, after typing in the case number, I wasn’t able to get any of their prompts to go through. Finally pressed zero to see if maybe it would actually send me to customer service or anyone who could help. That was laughable. It hung up. I tried 4 more times with the same issue each time. There is no return fax number on the request for parameds that they sent. I got on their website and found a phone number that looked like it may be their actual corporate number and after several prompts, I was allowed to leave a message to let them know about the incident and the issues I had reaching them. This place is honestly a joke. I wasted my time that I could’ve used towards my patients.

I honestly can't think of anything good to say about this service. I work for a multinational insurance company that currently (emphasis on "currently") uses parameds for medical record retrieval for disability claims. Our vendor manager is evaluating our relationship with this company due to the multitude of service issues. Honestly, we're better off doing the work ourselves than working with parameds.

Seem really disorganized. Client signed the release on 6/4 and they sent it to me 4 months later on 10/1. Then called several times a day everyday beginning on 10/1 to have the form sent back to them immediately. Your lack of planning does not constitute an emergency on my part.

The first 3 ratings that give 5 stars are fake. The're all people that are higher ups at the company. I wish I could give a lower rating.
