It is taking care of the customer first that will have me as a returning customer. I was frantic when I called about the water valve connection to one of my toilets was stuck and leaking everywhere. They calmed me down and assured they would have a plumber over to my home as soon as they could. And they did just that! I am grateful that taking care of the customer was not just about the repair: it was also about taking care of me.
