      I am a New York City criminal defense lawyer who defends people accused of felony and misdemeanor crimes in New York City and Nassau County. I handle weapons cases, drug sale and possession cases, assault charges, and all other criminal charges in Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, and Nassau Counties. I also defend Desk Appearance Ticket matters, and I routinely file motions to seal criminal convictions in New York. I have more than 25 years experience in New York City criminal trial courts. I have published a chapter in a series of books for criminal defense lawyers, and I have been an on-set legal consultant to an NBC miniseries. I am a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
