      • GOD'S LOVE

        We hired A&A for an extension on the back of our house. They are very professional and thorough. They handled my DOB filing application exceptionally well. Their office was very attentive, answered all our questions, and the staff was very knowledgeable. We got our approved plan from DOB quickly. I highly recommend A&A.

        Great company. Hired them to help me with an extension on my house and not only did they deliver, they answered every question and addressed any concerns I had along the way as well. Only thing is it took a little longer than I was originally anticipating, but after speaking with them I was reassured that everything had been filed already and that they were waiting to hear back from the department of buildings.

        Sam...in accordance with the building dept..and speaking with a inspector..again..there is no reason that you are keeping us captive..with not amending these incorrect plans submitted by you.  Please indicate such codes in which you are making such decisions on..that we cannot ..due to codes have a electric stove..and also why we cannot use the heating system that already heats the home with no problems.  That way I can check and verify with building dept..and of right now..no professional I have talked to..including the Building dept can back why this matter has not been resolved by you..my hired engineer.  This is a basement Reno..not a new structure..the heating system poses no danger to dwelling or neighbors..we need to see these codes.  Then mayb we could understand your approach.  Professionals IV spoke to..suggested this is a personal decision played out by you and AA consulting engineers.  I would like to verify. And also..the bathroom you designed..the toilet is not in the right position..its too close to the wall.  That also needs to be adjusted/amended on the plans as per the master plumber.
