Very clean andvnice shop in Kenmore. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I called an easily made an appointment, and I was able to get in within a week or so.
My appointment was hassle free, and I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. The went through my options for contact lenses and clearly conveyed what I owed and what my insurance covered.

This place is by far the worst optician company I have ever been to!  First of all the place is too small and very crowded.  The fat receptionist talks negative about you like you're not even there!  They only have 1 day a week where there is an adjuster to make sure your glasses fit OK.  Never heard of such a thing!  SMH!  The workers act like you're putting them out and don't WANT to help you!  They give you back your old lenses....WTH would I want with the OLD lenses in the first place....how stupid...SMH!?  I could add more but it would take more time than I want to spend on this place!!
