Absolutely love my pellet stove! The Harman P42i-TC is beautiful and warms my home like nothing else. Mark suggested the perfect size.

Needed the control board replaced on my 17 year old pellet stove, they showed up on time, replaced the control board and then plugged the computer into the board to make sure there was no problems with the rest of the stove components. All in all I have to say they were very knowledgeable, through, professional, and extremely courteous.

Regrettably I can't give zero stars.
I went in and they said they would order a part for my stove.
I called 2 weeks later and they told me it was en route.
I called 2 weeks later and they said they would call me back.
They never did.
My wife called 2 weeks later and they told her they never heard of me or my order.
