        Excellent Customer Service! I called today and the truck was already in my area....showed up within an hour after I called. Friendly gal on the phone and the man who came to our house was professional and thorough.

        We rented two toilets and a hand washing station for a wedding at our property in the woods with 50 guests. Extremely affordable and great communication and customer service from the team at Frantz & Russell. We had to change our date multiple times due to covid and they consistently worked with us in a professional manner. Everything was delivered quickly and with plenty of time before our event with fully stocked water, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. "The Cadillac of porto johns!" - more than one of our guests.
